I coach raw and equipped powerlifters who want hands on coaching focused on performance and results. With 16 years of experience competing, learning, and coaching I understand how to coach technique and program in a way that improves performance and keeps lifters healthy and consistent.
All programming begins with a minimum 3 month commitment and is customized for raw, equipped, or general strength training. Coaching includes a weekly strength program with warm-ups, corrective exercises, main movements, and accessories as needed, along with unlimited communication through email or WhatsApp and unlimited video analysis. You can also add meet handling, macro coaching, and Zoom calls at a discounted rate.
Strength starts with the basics. My strength coaching focuses on proper technique and progression in the squat, bench, and deadlift.
